About Tuition

Tuition is income based, with a tuition base rate of $4500 per student in-parish.  In-parish includes Sacred Heart, St. Germaine's, St. Catherine's and St. Joseph's parishes.  Out-of-parish tuition is $5500 per student.  There is no sibling discount (families with more than one student in school).

The Catholic Tuition Organization of the Diocese of Phoenix (CTODP) awards grants to families at Sacred Heart School.  Grants are awarded first based on need, and then on availability of additional funds.  For the 2006 - 2007 school year, Sacred Heart School families received $320,000 in grants from CTODP.

The first round of CTODP applications for grant funding, for students for the 2008-2009 school year, must be postmarked by April 15, 2008 to qualify based on financial need.  The second round of applications based on financial need are due by July 31, 2008.  Applications based on scholarship (fund availability) are also due by July 31.

CTODP applications can be picked up at the school office.  A $19 processing fee, made out to FAIR, must be submitted with the application.  You may also apply on-line at www.fairapp.com.  Use school code 700 and password ctodp700.

For more information about CTODP grant funding and tuition, please phone the Office of Stewardship and Development at 928-445-3141.

Sacred Heart School appreciates the support of St. Germaine’s, St. Catherine’s, and Sacred Heart Parish Church in their support of Catholic education through such programs as the Arizona State Tax Credit and other student sponsored programs.
